can progress by adjusting position + load, & i actually enjoy this workout just wanna know if it’s alright to build muscle as ik the RR is good but i hate it lol

Looks fine although i don't agree with the 30-40 reps per set recommendation.

cheers, think he said if u can do more than 30-40reps you need to do a more difficult progression

Imo if you can do 10 reps for the required sets on compound movements you should move up.
