I played FIFA World Cup 1998 on N64 and this looks similar to the game you named. It was a decent one for that console.
ISS 98 is the best football game I have ever played. It was so much better than Fifa.

I can't neither agree nor disagree, as I did not play this game. The best football games I played were FIFA World Cup 2002 and PES 2006. Why? because these games were the only one in which I was able to regulate the power of the passes, crosses and shots!

F***, I actually forgot how good Midtown Madness 2 on PC was. Must be at least 15 years since I last played that
Haha mate, I used to love playing Midtown Madness 2 as well, I love all the mods you could put in the game- to get new cars, cities and add-ons. There was one that I downloaded where I added London buses/bus tops to the London track!

It was a banging game and used to love endlessly playing as the police cars! I don't think I did any of the add ons, but yeah the London track was so much fun; remaster it is what I say

Haven't played any 80s games (have played Pacman/Tetris but not enough to make a top 5 pick)

90s:
Driver
Mortal Kombat
Tomb Raider
Super Mario World
Metal Gear Solid

00s:
Ratchet and Clank 3
Jak II
GTA Vice City
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
Midnight Club 2

10s:
Spider Man
GTA V
Ratchet and Clank
Tekken 7
Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood
It is - in my honest opinion - the best Super Mario game that were ever released. Okay, to be fair, the oldest Super Mario game I have is Super Mario 64.
