Hello my friends! I am an international student and I got offers to study a business degree at Bristol, Warwick and Leeds. I know that Warwick is great for business but it is kind of in the middle of nowhere and I do want to have a good social life ngl. Bristol is a great city, high in the league tables but I haven’t heard much about the Management School (it’s placed 18th for business management, guardian). Leeds, however ranks 9th for business, has an excellent social scene and choice of socities, but may not be as prestigious as those above.
What would you guys choose? Also, I do intend to do masters, probably somewhere in the EU and work there too. So I don’t know what to take into consideration. Leeds and Warwick might not be well known internationally, Bristol might ring a bell but at the same time I’m not so sure about its business school...

all of the unis you have listed are all amazing! They are well respected by employers in the UK and also all russel group too. I am pretty sure that Warwick ranks the highest out of all of the three, but the social life is not so great from what I have seen. Although Warwick may rank high now in the league table for business, this could change next year. Who knows, Leeds or Bristol could rank higher than Warwick!

Bristol has a nice business course, the location is nice too. I know many friends who are planning on going there.

If you are looking for a social life, leeds 100%. If you check the student social life ranking websites, you will see that leeds will most likely rank in the top three. The city is also great, I have visited it before and I loved it  If it makes any difference I have also applied there to, to study business management as well! I will definitely be firming leeds this year (after I change my course to a slightly different variant), as I just love the location, course...etc. Oh and the accommodation is reasonably priced.

I don't know how internationally known all of the unis you listed are, so can't help on that basis.

Maybe a bit bias towards leeds, but I guess that is my personal opinion. Hope I have helped you
Warwick is one of the best business school worldwide and a target school for investment banking

Hello @lostgirl93

Congratulations on receiving your offers! If there is anything, in particular, you would like to know about Warwick Business School please feel free to ask me. What business course have you applied for at Warwick?

In terms of the location of the Warwick campus, it has very easy connections to Coventry, Leamington and Birmingham which I would say are the best places to socialise with lots of restaurants, bars and nightclubs so I wouldn't let this put you off coming to Warwick
