Should London get devolution with similar amounts of powers to the Scottish Parliament, or full fiscal autonomy? Additionally, Scotland has 129 MSPs, so roughly how many MPs do you think the London Assembly/Parliament would need to have for it to be representative?

No.
I'm not opposed to devolving power to local councils however we cannot foster regional identity through legal division. We have seen the damage that causes over time in Scotland.

I think there may be some extra responsibilities, but nowhere near as much as the Senedd in Wales or the parliament in Scotland. The London Assembly is basically 25 people paid to **** off the London Mayor (or to use the official phrase, scrutinise) with no real powers. Consequently the calibre of people in there is low and in some cases so poor that you wonder whether it should be abolished.

I think there should be more financial devolution for London and allow the city and the other cities/counties to raise at least 50-70% of their own spending etc.
