Im a girl and My sex drive is way too high. I’m becoming so horny and I hate it and I’m to the point where I’m crying and it’s negatively affecting me. In straight but now even when I look at women, I don’t feel sexually attracted to them as I’m straight but I imagine me being them having sex with a man and so I can’t even look at my friends or women anymore!
I just want the sexual feelings to stuff, it’s killing me.
I will actually scream if someone on TSR says something stupid about this and not take it seriously.

I'd recommend seeing a doctor if it's affecting you that much, that sounds really uncomfortable. I know that's probably really embarrassing to talk about, but if it's having that much of an impact on your life they should be able to help you!

But that’s what I’m really worried about.
I’m tired of my GPs just referring me to psychologists and psychiatrists. The ones I’ve had for another problem before seemed to not care much and didn’t take what I said seriously. I’ve asked for a hormone test on testosterone and oestrogen levels and they become so defensive and say Why? Why do you need it? You’re fine. You don’t need it.
I get really frustrated.

Yeah that's the thing. Unless it is directly affecting your life, to the point where you can't go out anymore and stuff, they won't give you anything. But you can anonymously talk to a therapist.

If you want anything else, just pm me

Eat less food it really works. I am female I cut back to one meal a day and 1,000 calories and I never get horny any more compared to when I ate three meals 1,700 calories

Constant sexually intrusive thoughts could be OCD. Not all OCD is external or obvious. Pure-O is a subcategory of OCD where everything is in your head.

I've struggled with sexually intrusive thought's in the past, thankfully no longer.
I also have a high sex and touch drive so If me and someone else isn't matched in that way it isn't going to work.

Things you can do:
- find out about OCD to see if that's a factor
- get an ADHD partner as they, generally, have higher sex drives (and there are studies on that too weirdly)
- regularly buy new sex toys
- your brain could be seeking out sex for other reasons such as:
wanting intimacy
wanting touch
a sensory need
emotions you're not recognising
- engage in kink (as certain relationship dynamics can give you emotional and physical consistency and feedback you may be craving)
- consider polyamory if one partner isn't enough
- there are meds that reduce sex drive but not all are easy to get off a gp
- if you don't feel your gp is listening use the NICE guidelines to try and find out what they should be doing
- join hookup apps or fetlife

Hope some of those help x

I also had a very high sex drive when I was younger and I used to be addicted to porn
I'm 30 and my libido has gone down now but I was way too horny when I was younger
Go and see a GP

I wish I had told someone. Maybe I should have told my mum

Be prepared -- as you get older, you will get hornier. Why? Your estrogen levels will drop, and thereby raising the proportion of testosterone in your system.

On the flip side, if you're horny, and have lots of opportunities, take advantage of them while they're willing. ;-)
