having 0 law knowledge and no clue what's going on here - this is an undesirable situation indeed.


However, one must plough.

im gonna need at least a few days (no cheating or anything like that, don't worry :ahee:) to at least, decode this question, and using GCSE English knowlege (:dumbells:) and a bit of wording, give this a go
