Like first reply says, you can’t spot reduce, you either exercise and lose overall body fat or get Facial Cosmetic Surgery <3

as you are unable to target specific areas for fat loss, your best bet would be to drop the weight via a combination of cardio and resistance training. I reccomend cycling (if you have an exercise bike great, if not you can use a turbo trainer on a normal bike) in addition to some press ups to start with. If you can cycle 30 mins a day at a vigorous pace for a few weeks before increasing the time a bit, and remain consistent in that, you will lose a LOT of weight over the next few months.
