I know this'll be inaccurate but could anyone estimate the calories in this? (i don't accurately track as MFP messes with my head but i like to have a rough estimation idk lol)

3 cubes of chicken shish taouk, grilled (cubes=size you'd see on an average kebab)
1tbs bulgar cous cous
2tbs rice
2tbs foul moudamas (broad beans, chickpeas in olive oil tomato and garlic)
2tbs hummus
3tbs tabbouleh (parsley lemon i think)
2tbs aubergine and chickpeas moutabal
2 olives 1 pickled chili, 2pickles, few strips of pickled cabbage and onion

usually, my meals are mainly veg + portion of protein but family ordered takeaway sooooo yh not v healthy but i tried, btw i don't expect anyone to know the exact cals but id appreciate a rough estimate
