Lemon water is supposedly really good I’ve heard! You can also try hula hooping or skipping maybe - they are great ways of losing weight! Hope this helps

one big tip i learnt is to not restrict yourself, that can lead to binge eating and then a whole lot of shame along with it lol. good luck, I hope it works out!

A healthy rate of weight loss is up to 1kg a week.

Work out your required calorie deficit with an online calculator and have healthy, balanced meals. Reduce intake of overly processed food and sugary items, but don't go cutting out whole food groups or denying yourself the occasional treat.

Stay hydrated, as thirst can be mistaken for hunger.

A healthy calorie deficit is the only scientifically proven way to loose weight. Calculate your BMR (amount calories you need to eat to survive and function) then calculate your total maintenance calories and eat between them. Stay hydrated (2-3l water a day) and eat lots of protein (keeps u full for longer.) Exercise or just get your body moving. Make sure to eat enough or your weight will yo-yo. Gd luck

Focus more on weight lifting than cardio.

It's not good for your teeth! I suppose you'd lose weight if you are unable to eat much whilst undergoing massive dental treatment...
