Any advice guys I’ve been on a cal deficit and two weeks ago I had a cheat meal and I understood why I remained same weight for that week however since then been on the same deficit as before which makes me loose up to 2 pounds a week (I thought this was too rapid) so this week I increased my deficit to 1500, before it was 1400 and I’m still in a plateau. Maybe it’s because my period is coming soon but I’m so confused help please
