e.g moderate activity (3-5 a week) but what does that mean? 1hr walk or 1hr running? what counts for light moderate & heavy activity?

1 hour of intense cardio like running, I believe.

so mod activity is 1hr running (or equivalent) 3-5x a week?
i’ve been putting moderate activity but i walk 1hr a day & do strength 5x a week for 30mins. does that mean i should put light activity?

woops lmao the post didn't edit. Yea it's probably moderate, but tdee is just a starting point, you will get a more accurate number as you eat X amount of kcals and your weight moves Y amount.
