i have lost some weight over lockdown, but i wanna lose more, but i don't want to have an eating disorder, even tho, i kinda have one already - in a way...
how can i lose more weight as quickly as possible x

Don't lose it quickly. It's supposed to take a while. Doing it quickly just gives more risks.

You need to speak to a doctor or specialist if you are edging towards an ED and say you want to lose weight 'quickly'.

You haven't even given any details to say if you need be losing weight or just want to lose weight; they are very different situations.
