Uni not replying to email?

Over a month ago I emailed a uni and they still haven’t replied. It’s about changing my course. We were having an email discussion then they suddenly disappeared. I emailed them again on Tuesday but they still haven’t replied, what do I do?

Phone them
Call or livechat with them.

Yeah I mean that’s the obvious thing to do I just hate phoning people lol- guess I’ll just do it :s-smilie:

I called but they’re working remotely so not answering the phone!

If they're not replying at all, maybe you can try contacting UCAS to see if they can contact them?

It has *nothing* to do with UCAS and its not their job to rely messages.

So ring the main switchboard number and ask to be put through to admissions or for reception/switchboard to request an urgent call back.
