I'm 16, 5ft7/5ft8, about 54kg. I do workouts ranging from 30-60 minutes 6 days a week, incorporating stretching and doing about 5,000 steps every day. I track calories and macros, my intake usually ranging around 200g of carbs, 100g of protein, somewhere from 1600-2200 calories a day. I struggle a lot with bloating, my diet is pretty clean but I'm a point where I don't know what to do. Can anyone give me any tips or help? Has anyone else been here and gotten through this?
Thank you for taking the time to listen to me

Salt. Apparently if you cut salt from your diet it should stop bloating.

Might be that what you’re eating doesn’t agree with you. Fizzy drinks maybe? A lot of veg can bloat you from the gas it releases when digested. Try to find foods that are easily digestible for you. I’m no way suggesting you eat less veg though

I used to eat 200g carbs and I have cut back to 80g of carbs for one month now and I do not bloat anymore.

Be careful about when you eat certain foods. Things like fruit break down very quickly in the gut, so if you eat it after a meal, it will be stuck behind slower-digesting food, and can cause gas, bloating and pain. Have it between or before meals.

It can also be the amount of carbs, protein and veg you eat at any one time. Don't necessarily alter the overall intake, just don't eat a meal that has a lot of protein with carbs for the same reason as above, different transit times through the digestive system. GP told me this and it helped with my IBS.
