Canuck is the only regular Canadian on this forum I belive.
I'm a Canadaphile and spent a year in Ontario but I think French Canada is where it's at, if you forget the petty separatism. Montreal is in my opinion the most exciting city in the world but that's just me.

I've been to Canada twice - travelled pretty much all through the Rockies from Calgary to Vancouver, and have been to the Island as well. And I get to go back in September to study there for a year of my degree...can't wait !

    canada rocks!
I went to perhaps one of the most secluded, God-forsaken places in Canada, perhaps the world (Whitehorse, in the Yukon Territories) and still absolutely loved it.

the northern lights, bears, bald eagles, 24 hours daylight- 'twas mint

Hey.... I'm in Canada.... and going to be a Canadian citizen too, soon! I like Toronto, but it's true that French Canada is really nice... but sometimes in small towns (like the one I went to for the Summer Language Bursary Program) some people (mind you, not most of them, just a few), can be very anglophobic... I just went for a day in Old Quebec City this past summer and it was great, very pretty... it was raining all the time though... I guess it looks more like a European city, that's why it appeals more to me, with all the historic sites and all (despite the fact that all of Canada is still a very young nation and all)
