hi I am having problems with my dash instrument panel im not getting any clocks working and the handbrake light stays on even when the handbrake is off can anyone help the car its self drives perfect

Personally I'd get it on a good quality diagnostic scanner first. See where the trail of fault codes leads you.
It could be an issue with the power or ground for the cluster. Swapping out a cluster is typically a bit of a pain as it tends to be tied in with the immobiliser system. It's not simply plug and play.
With the codes you'll have an idea where to start looking.
