every day - yesterday evening in the dark it was someone dressed all in black, on an e scooter, headphones in, texting and going straight across the middle of a double mini roundabout as he hadn't seen it coming.

Probably the last time I went beyond the end of my street, which is a cul-de-sac.

Yesterday....

There was this car indicating to turn right so no cars were behind me and I waved for them to go but the person just stayed there and I flashed my lights again to say go and they were tutting and making crazy hand gestures at me because I was politely letting them go lol

Years ago when two silly and bit drunken young people crossed the street when the traffic light showed red and were almost overrun by a car in front of a police department...

20.41 this evening- a menace on a motorcycle.
Seemed incapable of keeping his helmet on or off, noise levels reasonable and both his vehicle's wheels on the ground.
On the roads or inside the car park.

About an hour ago yet another person crashed outside my flat, they appear to have flown out into a T junction, lost control and scudded into a fence, then they did that frantic rrrRRRrrrRRRrrrRR thing where they can't quite get the car free, then some van drivers helped them and they drove away

Was she drunken or at least insane? No one with a clear mind would do that.

That explains everything. Even being drunken has not such a bad damage on the consiousness, if people are under three permille.
