How to memorise and revise each source of finance?
I'd draw a picture with each part of the picture representing a source of finance. As a visual person, I find remembering a picture easier than remembering a list of random items.
Alternatively, you can use mneumonics and acronyms to remember lists. However, I only find this useful if the list contains more than 4 items.

Separate internal and external sources. You mainly need to know the external sources, the internal sources don’t get questioned a lot in my experience .
