Reflect on my day or week. Learn French on duo lingo. Talk to my dog and take a few decent quality photos of him as well. Cook some good quality food for myself and read all sorts of books. Watch something on television and play a quick timed fun game of uno. Research random stuff. Socialise offline and go on walks outside too. You could try drawing or painting. More effective activity ideas include stamp collecting, singing, dancing, toy making, a weekly family movie and discussion night complete with a lot of exotic cocktails and a big bucket of hot toasty and fresh popcorn, sleeping, knitting, sewing, planting and so on. In the summer time you can even have barbecue type suppers, evening cookouts, potluck style picnic meals in the garden and the like.

I just feel worthless every day of my life and all I seem to think about is not being alive. I’m sorry if I’m attention seeking but I can’t take the pain anymore
No it isn't attention seeking don't worry. Your life isn't worthless, everyone deserves a shot at life, and your life matters as much as the rest of us. Have you spoken to a therapist about your thoughts?

I beg to differ. I don’t even see the appeal of any big city, I mean, just looking at big skyscrapers so high in the air, fills me with some disgust. This same bleak, cultureless, pillar of Copy/paste modernity with brutalist buildings, it doesn’t bring me any optimism.

I've been trying to play less video games lately so I've picked up a couple of hobbies to replace it. I've started playing chess (although I'm not very good) and learning Mandarin Chinese.
