I don't think i've seen a fish float on water unless its been dead for a really long time due to build up of gasses and that:iiam:

AIR BUBBLES they take oxygen from their too I had fishes and we had to do cpr using that machine things that gives air bubbles

No, fish cant pass out like humans can... if theres not enough oxygen in the water, they'll just die.
