hi everyone, so i want to do some exercise in the mornings before i go to school but i always get lazy and never ever get to do it, so does anyone have any suggestions on what i can do to get myself out of bed and do some exercise ( any suggestions will be helpful)

Set 2 alarms a few minutea - 5 minutes aparft from each other and place in an area in your room where you have to get out of bed to turn it off.
Other than that do the exercises after school rather than before.

I think you right you need to finds some light exercise that which can give you feelings of better ..
