Most of my friends who want to go into Law picked Psychology, Sociology, History, Geography - essay based subjects are helpful, so English Literature too. A few of them picked a language as well (French, German, etc.). History is the most popular.

I haven't really looked into Law, so take my word with a grain of salt. There are plenty of resources on the internet to help you out, and as Law doesn't have specific requirements for university (for the most part), I think any subject will be fine to pick. Good luck!

In my opinion, I think the best route is:

GCSEs:
English Literature
Mathematics?
History?
Sociology?

A Levels:
English Literature?
Law?
History?
Sociology?
Psychology?
Politics?
Mathematics?
Philosophy?

Essay subjects are probably your best options.

Also, look at university entry requirements when it is time to pick A Levels.

Good luck with becoming a lawyer.
