Go for drinks. Aim to be as good a guest as you can be.

In you being as good a guest as you can be, that will determine whether you should have sex with her or not.

It could be that you would be a better guest by having sex with her. Or it could be that you'd be a better guest by not having sex with her.

Depends what she wants to do.
If she's up for that arrangement there isn't anything wrong with it but it would be low to do it if she wasn't in agreement with your proposed arrangement.

Don't be such a prude. Besides, I'm not looking for anything serious right now.

Would advice against it...if she falsely accuses you of rape then your life is pretty much over

Since when did an invitation of drink equate to an automatic shag? Think you need to do some reflecting on how you view women...

No, and not only because you're unpleasant enough to use her for sex; there's still a pandemic on.

It is one of those euphemisms. "Come over to my place for a drink."

There is a school of thought that the lockdown restrictions in the UK are not legal, because the laws on our basic human rights supercede them. All of the Fixed Penalty Notices given out under Covid Lockdown "laws" are on very shakey grounds and it's possible that the whole lot might get thrown out.

Also, it could be drinks in her garden...

It's also somewhat rude if a woman invites a man over, they spend a pleasant evening together, at the end of which she'd be very much up for sex and the man turned her down.

If I liked a woman enough to spend an evening with just her - especially at her home - I'd like her enough to be very happy to make love with her, if she made it apparent that she wanted sex with me. I would feel quite guilty if I turned someone down in that scenario.

I don't know who you think you are but you also clearly think you're entitled to sex to how about you think about your internalised misogyny and how OP assumed he would get sex from a women who didn't say it. I also suggest you learn about consent etc.
