I had 4 years at university in uk foundation year and 3 years course but I didn’t pass one of my modules if I repeat the module in October can I get sfe loan for the tuition fee and loan to support me

If this is your first repeat and you haven't changed courses before or started any others then i think you might be ok. I think it would depend also if the university are going to class you as in attendance. If they are not then you cannot apply for anything i think.
