Hi,
My first post here and I am hoping for a bit of advice.
I have just been offered a placement in a high school to do a Teaching Assistant Level 3 apprenticeship. I know it is not going to be easy, but can anyone with experience tell me just how much written work there is to it? I am a single mum and the placement is 30 hours per week and I have two small children. I am worried I could be taking too much on. I already worry I will have to put them in breakfast and after school clubs let alone not giving them all the attention they need in the evenings.
Thanks for reading, any feedback would be great!

Congratulations on being accepted on to your new apprenticeship

Although I have little experience with this qualification, I can confirm that with the right support and time management you'll be able to look after your children, complete your qualification and have time for yourself. It may be difficult and stressful but the end result will definitely be worth it.
When you can, see if you can discuss with your new employer about your concerns and they'll hopefully be able to put your mind at rest.
Best of luck!
Tommy
