UCAS not reflecting my offer

Hey!
I received an email saying that I received an offer from SGUL on the 22nd of January. The email said that my UCAS should be updated by the 31st of March but it still hasn’t been updated yet. And honestly it’s making me anxious.
What do you think I should do?

Don’t call UCAS. They don’t delay decisions from showing on Track.
The delay is with SGUL - you need to talk to them on Tuesday or Wednesday when they reopen after Easter

Firstly, congratulations on your offer! Regarding your issue - please email [email protected] and let them know about your delay, and include your full name and UCAS ID in the email, and they should hopefully be able to get this sorted for you. The admissions team are having some delays and are quite busy but will get back to you as soon as possible. If you don't hear back from them by the weekend, please DM this account with your name and UCAS ID and I can try to chase it up from my side.
