Hello, I have social anxiety, im almost 15, my name is Sophie.

Please suggest some things I can do in public and in school, just small interaction things I can do, and some goals maybe, and anything else that you think might help!

Thank you!!

Do things that make you feel anxious. The more you expose yourself to those situations, the less anxious they will make you feel.

You're the actress!!! I'm Hannah
I have anxiety (as I said in the other post ) and autism and I'm 14. I use timetables as a coping mechanism. I know it sounds weird but it keeps me organized which lowers my anxiety and gives me a sense of structure in my everyday life. With the social side, your anxiety will have been heightened from lockdown, I guess you just need to go out and start building up the courage to talk to people, maybe have an SEN teacher to guide you along the way? There's no around, only through. I hope you get better soon!!

It will get easier the more you do it. Are you getting any professional help?

Yeah, lockdown really sucks. No problem! An SEN teacher is a Special Educational Needs teacher. My one helps me with mainly anxiety but also autism. They should be in every school. Mine is so helpful, I wouldn't be anywhere without her. Maybe you should look into having one? Everyone I've spoken to who has them said they're helpful
