Someone hit my car basically I have record of this but plate numbers are to far can’t read.any advice.

On the assumption that you are not hurt, ring your insurers.

But police doesn’t do anything with this they have many options for this .example-they can check cctv around my home ,but no ,no access .who have?

There's no advice to give. It's case closed. The Police won't investigate this.

Sorry that makes very little sense, I’m not sure if English is your first language but it’s difficult to decipher what you’re saying.

I’m guessing you’re expecting the police to do something about it. They won’t unless you’ve got a pal or relatives in the police as the have “better things to do” (a question I’ll leave from this conversation as this isn’t the place). I’m guessing that further to that any local cctv won’t be released unless the police ask - most places will be reluctant to release cctv to anyone although you could always ask if you see anyone with cctv about.

Your only options as far as I see are to ask the police for a crime number and go through your insurance as a fault claim, pay yourself out of pocket/deal with the damage if it’s not too bad or to go through the MIB
