claustrophobic in an open space

i feel very idk claustrophobic, overwhelmed like in general. Probably bc of stress and the pile of things i need to do but is there any way i can reduce the feeling of feeling on edge?
I realised social media makes me VERY on edge so I’ve deleted that (when i do download it again i feel on edge more) and it’s helped out.

hey! this is called agoraphobia (which might help you find some more info) but grounding techniques might work well for you- a common one is 54321 which is 5 things you can see, 4 things you can hear, 3 things you can touch, 2 things you can smell, 1 thing you can taste. It works by encouraging your brain to process things individually rather than all at once. But 54321 is just one example- there are loads of different ones and if you try a couple different ones you might find something that works well for you.
