I currently use a cheap fitness tracker that has been working pretty well but I'm thinking about upgrading to something a bit more expensive (mostly so I don't have to wear a watch separately lol). Can anyone recommend one? I've heard Garmin watches are pretty good, but which model would people recommend?

I'm interested in activity tracking (mostly walking/running), HR monitoring, sleep monitoring (would prefer this to be accurate as my current tracker does a pretty good job) and maybe GPS, though I would not be using that very often. Ideally, I would also want it to still track if I was carrying it on my bag or pocket as I can't always wear a watch. My budget is £200-250.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated
