Could I have an STD?

So I was having sex with this girl and I said I wanted to use a condom during the whole thing and in a bit of the foreplay she got exciting and started giving me oral without protection. I stopped her after about 10 seconds.
But I feel like I could possibly have an STD now, my has a weird burning pain, but not when i’m peeing just randomly through the day. It doesn’t hurt at all, it’s very light and it like it just reminds me my penis is there same way if you have very light cut on your hand, it doesn’t really hurt you just remember it’s there. This might sound bad but I normally squeeze penis when this happens and it temp stops but then probably gets worse and iv constantly been doing this so i’m not sure if it’s self done pain.
That’s been my only issue iv experienced, I wore protection for the rest of it. Should I be worried or am I overthink it?

it's unlikely you have picked up an STD but go to a doctor to get it checked out. call 101 and speak to a health specialist
