Only if you have no health issues and get instruction on the correct use from a properly qualified professional.

Be consistent and focus on mastering the basics. Don’t go for gimmicks with very little research backing them. The consensus in the scientific community is that BFR is only really useful in injured individuals looking to train with lighter weights than usual. You’re focusing on the wrong things.
