After you’ve completed it and it’s been marked and you’ve been given your grade then yes, I presume so. I’ve read people’s EPQ essays on the internet before so I don’t see how this would be any different. I would probably wait until you’ve handed it in and got a grade back though in case anyone steals your ideas or the exam board doesn’t like the fact that you posted it online.
I see no reason why you can’t, but definitely wait until after you’ve finished your EPQ fully because then they can’t hold anything against you once you have your grade and certificate
