i started my easter holidays a few days ago and i’ve eaten a **** ton, like SO MANY calories, idk exactlyyyy but god so much i think i’ve eaten constantly for the past 100hours. gonna get back on track tomorrow but how bad is the damage gonna be in terms of fat gain? i haven’t been exercising either (again, back on track tomorrow)

The best time to get back on track is today, and telling yourself anything else is lying to yourself

Not much.
You just need to get on hood diet and if you can’t do that also then just don’t eat 100% eat 90% of the rate that you are hungry.
And do some physical workout at any time of the day.
It is very normal to eat this much if you are at home not at all a big deal.
Just pay attention from now.
