how can i comvince by parents to do therapy

really need some therapy w family because they hurt me

They don't have to do therapy with you and you can't really force them. Bring it up that you'd like it if you could do family therapy. If they say no then focus on getting therapy yourself. (via GP/ self-referral mental health services/ charities)

You already know that you cant make them and group therapy is pointless with abusers.

Sort your own head out.
