I do whenever I leave the house, yes. It's so, so important for the health of your skin, I wish more people realised that UVA rays can penetrate through clouds so you need some form of SPF even on cloudy days.

And for those saying they don't have time for sunscreen - a lot of moisturisers these days contain SPF so it's not like you'd have to spend time applying another product. There's also plenty out there for oilier skin as well.

In the summer I do most of the time when leaving the house and going for a walk or shopping. Wear a sunhat as well.

I can also recommend La Roche Posay - their Effaclar Duo is a light moisturiser formulated for those with oily and acne prone skin. I've used their non-SPF version as part of my nightly skincare routine for years and it's great. They also have a version with SPF 30 which would be ideal for use in the day, it's usually about £17 but Boots have it for £13 atm.
