I'm a 13 year old boy living life as usual, hitting on girls and all that good stuff. But is it weird that I think I hit puberty at age 9? I started to grow under arm hair and short pubes, but my penis didn't grow until QUITE recently and my crush who is coincidentally my bsf is also telling me my voice changed recently, but I don't mind about that.

It is completely normal! Don't worry about it. Some guys even start puberty when they are 8.
Also, just in case, please be careful when "hitting on girls". Try and make sure they don't feel uncomfortable about anything, speaking from personal experience as a woman myself.
