Starting My Clothing and Up-Cycling Business -What do I need?

Hey guys. I hope you're all good. I am pursuing my clothing and refashioning business aspirations and I just wanted to ask for you guys' opinions.

I intend to sell a wide variety of clothing in the long run, but to start off with, I will be focusing on tie dye shirts and jumpers. I intend to do more tie dye items of clothing further down the line, but this is just to start off.

Does anyone have any recommendations for where to get these items in bulk for a relatively inexpensive price? It should definitely be good quality clothing, as I only want to sell what is great. (If I don’t think it’s good enough quality-wise, then why would I expect someone to buy it, you know?)
