My skin has been feeling drier than usual recently, uncomfortably so, and I've been using moisturisers but they don't seem to be helping. Today I've noticed that the skin on my forehead, nose and undereyes is like...crepe paper? If if wrinkle my nose for example, skin crinkles like crepe paper then holds that shape and my nose especially looks almost like a snake when it's shedding it's skin, like the top layer of skin is dead. I exfoliate regularly so don't know what else to do besides that. My skim type isn't actually dry, it produces a normal amount of oil so I have no idea what this is. I'm only 20 but my skin looks 45!

Have you considered seeing a dermatologist or something?

I have but I'm not sure how to? Other than going to my GP but i feel they have more important things to deal with than a bit of dry skin and I can;t afford to go private

Just sounds like dry skin. Maybe you are overexfoliating? Maybe the moisturisers you are using are no good?
