What happens if too many students achieved the offer grade for a uni course, will the uni be rejecting students because they've reached the capacity or will they be forced to take students on? Just me overthinking about my situation...

They would be required to accept everyone. What they might try and do is to get people to defer a year but they are honour bound to accept anyone they make offers to that meet their offer. In practice, universities have years of experience and dont get things wrong
