Fringe wont regrow

Guys im a boy and i cut my fringe super short about 4 months ago and it wont regrow at all, why is this?

It likely is growing but breaking off once it reaches a certain point. Maybe have a look at your shampoo and any other products you use. They could be containing ingredients that are making the ends of your hair fragile. E.g: parabens and sulfates

Btw I am not a hairdresser or anything I just have very fine hair and have had problems growing it.

rly? i mean the top of my head is growing fine but its just the front hairs above my forehead don't seem to grow very fast

Yeah thats what i mean sometimes the ends of your hair break off. Parabens and sulfates arent good anyway for your hair.

Although, it could just be that it doesn't appear to be growing very fast but it actually is. My mum accidently cut her fringe too short and then it seemed to take forever to grow back.

Try not to worry too much. It'll grow back.
