Gender is a sex based stereotype. Gender is based on predjustice.

Differences in behaviour between the sexes is to an extent the result of biology. This is not yet fully understood.

I've been told as a man that I have to move heavy stuff for women and called mean for refusing and replying with the fact that we are equally capable of doing the task.

If it's your job you shouldn't be complaining tbh but men are naturally stronger than women bcuz of their genes so that isn't really a stereotype lol just help us gals out

It wasn't my job I'm an electrical maintenance technician not a removals person. I was asked as a favour and I think favours in the work place is dangerous especially with the me too movement.

I only do what I'm paid to do by my contract. I also didn't want to stop someone the ability to demonstrate the ability to be a strong independent woman (that was a joke btw).
