Recommendations on headphones?

Anyone got any good pair of headphones for running (mainly on cross-trainer), as my pair currently keep slipping out of my ears.
They don't need to be wireless but I was searching for ones that are as secure as possible.
(Not sure how much headphones are normally priced at but no more than 75 pounds)

I’m quite happy with the bog standard apple ones as they seem to work quite well for me.
