I'm not asking what youve read or have been told. I'm asking what have have you learnt through the experiences youve had or are still having.
For example, I've been told 'do it your self because no one else is going to do it for you', I know what it means but I completely understood it when I've left tasks and problems to pile up to a point where It was truly overwhelming. I now use it as motivation to fix it
In other words, the words meant more to me when I experienced a situation where it just made sense rather then when I first heard them
