Sleep paralysis??

I suffer from it on some nights. Yesterday night, I had a nightmare and I couldn't move. I was awake but I couldn't move my hands. After some struggle, I finally broke free.
What do I do with this?

but the worst times is when you have cramp and sleep paralysis. you can feel the cramp hurting and hurting you ..but you can't move!
after an eternity you finally wake up and can sort out the cramp, but at that point it REALLY hurts because you've had it for so long. and your body part feels kinda sore for the rest of the day where the cramp was
