Change job after apprentiship level 4?

I am completing a Level 4 apprenticeship in Management which was offered to me by my employer. Specifically, I am working now in retail/hospitality. The apprenticeship is great as its not only focused on retail but in Project Management. As I am foreign, this apprenticeship provides me with the Maths and English I need if I'd like to do another apprenticeship in the future, right? After I finish can I look for another apprenticeship in another specific area? For example, look for a level 5 in Digital Marketing, Finance or HR? I really would like to look for another job not so connected with hospitality or retail. Thank you
