Hi,

Just wondering if I will be able to apply to a masters degree in civil engineering after completing a degree apprenticeship in that area.

You could also skip your Masters with your work experience.
I got offered a funded PhD after my mechanical engineering degree apprenticeship but opted to stay in full time employment.
