Does anyone know how to get out of a depressive episodeWatch
I try to see it as a chance to completely start over. I do small things to progress to the next small step of my life like unfollowing people who aren't good for me or my mental health on social media, changing my routine in some way, making a new spotify playlist that captures where I want to be at, etc. For me, the small things really make the big progress in the long run.
