is it possible to withdraw from UCAS and apply again this year for 2021 entry as an individual applicant not through my school??? or is it too late on? the course I want still has vacancies..

You cannot withdraw and reapply in the same cycle once 14 days have passed.

If you want to change your choices then you might be able to use ucas Extra if the course you want to apply to still has vacancies

If you applied more than 14 days ago then you can’t withdraw and reapply again for 2021 entry.

Your only option now is to live with what you've got - or dump all your choices and use Extra.
One choice at a time (only from courses that are still accepting applications) gambling that you might get one offer.
