Can I change one of my university choices?

I used up all of my 5 university choices in my UCAS application, which I submitted on the deadline of 29th January. I've since received 3 offers and am yet to hear back from the other two. However, I am now deeply regretting not choosing a certain university that I was hesitant at the time to apply to. Is there any way I can swap a university I already have an offer from, to apply to this one? My offers are all for deferred entry for 2022 but I don't want to go through the whole application process again

as far as I can tell the only thing you can do is withdraw from all your choices & reject all your offers and then apply to your chosen university through UCAS Extra (one uni at a time), provided that they have spaces left for the course you want
